§ 1 Collection of personal data
In order to provide the services agreed upon according to § 2 GTC,

- hereinafter referred to as "Aurora" -
collects, processes and utilizes the data provided by users (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").
§ 2 Purpose of collection, processing and use
Aurora collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing the services agreed with the user within the meaning of § 2 GTC. Aurora undertakes the processing within the framework of the technical specifications listed in more detail at https://mymoodpath.com/en/data-processing-specification/ and in accordance with the corresponding provisions of the General Terms and Conditions. Personal data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in Germany.
§ 3 Protection of privacy
Aurora is committed to the protection of users' privacy and assures that personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the German Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act, and processed and used exclusively for the purposes defined in § 2. Aurora will bind its employees accordingly.
§ 4 Rights of the user
With regard to personal data, the user has the rights guaranteed by the German Federal Data Protection Act to obtain information, correction and deletion free of charge.
§ 5 Consent
If the user agrees to the terms of this policy, he/she agrees to the regulated use of personal data. Consent or refusal is given by clicking or not clicking on the relevant field after reference to these provisions. The consent given or refused is recorded; its content can be retrieved by the user at any time under (https://www.moodpath.de/privacy/). The user has the right to revoke his consent at any time and thus to terminate and erase his/her account with all data.
